Momma always said there's two things a person woukd never have at once; they are Time and Money. I never knew how true this was until Now. There's no worse feeling than to live with a bunch of should've could've would've. What can u do when.your dreams meet up with your reality yet they are.headed in two different directions. Do you follow your heart or go with you mind. Do you do what will be beneficial in the long run or do you do whats great for right now?

                  The Front cover of the Daily news spoke volumes today. When will it end? If you've been under a rock for the last couple months a high profile case was going on. The case was based on the February 2012 murder of an unarmed teen in the city of Sanford, FL.  After 18 hours of deliberations the jury filled with moms, came to the conclusion that George Zimmerman was NOT Guilty on 2nd degree murder or manslaughter charges.                   For those who truly don't know the background of the case , here's a quick recap. One night in February 2012 Trayvon Martin was out walking in his dad's gated community, on his way home he stopped by a 7/11 where he purchased some late night snacks (IE a can of Arizona ice tea and a bag of skittles). Little did Trayvon know, hes being stalked by a local neighborhood watch guy, George Zimmerman. Listening to Frank Ocean's "lost" and cant help but think of how a person may find themselves just that LOST.  One may find themselves sitting and actually losing themselves in their own thoughts and dreams. As a Pisces I find my self "Lost" often. We're known to be dreamers. Its hard for us to differentiate reality from our own personal fantasy realm. So every once in a blue I stopped by this nice spot in South Orange to hear some live music and enjoy some good drinks. I have a friend who's band performs there from time to time.  Last night, I found myself at Papillon 25 enjoying great sounds and preparing my self to indulge in my favorite drink, their coconut-tini. My friend and I placed our orders and prepared ourselves for what we thought would be an enjoyable night. As our waiter bought our drinks out he noticed her ID on the table and stated , "Oh you have that out for me?". She smiles and says, "I mean you never asked for it but if you want here".  I'm grooving to the sounds of the live band not paying pretty much any mind to what is  going on,  so he ask me for mine as well. So I have some issue with people who simply don't know how to drive. Don't get me wrong I'm a speed demon myself but gosh have I encountered some down right driving dummies. Whats with the lack of the use of a signal? No one uses signals nowadays but old folks and new drivers. Ive been blessed to have my license for 8 years now and boy has it been an eventful experience.  Not using a signal is not only unsafe to your self but other drivers as well. Like hey Mr. 95 Corolla you might wanna let me know your making that right turn before you go for a sudden brake right in front of me. No wonder insurance is so damn high in this area. This area is crazy accident prone. Its like every one is in a stolen car either their going too fast or not using signals to avoid the car behind following them.  Is there like an unwritten rule that I missed when I took drivers ed about not signaling. Earlier this week we bought you guys a story on a poor representation of Newark's Mayor Corey Booker and if you thought that was bad wait until you here what just came across our desk. We reported how thousands poured out for a chance to gain employment with the City of Newark under their One-Stop Career Program. The program and its director informed candidates that there were only 25 open positions available but what they failed to inform the  candidates on was the pre-selection process that goes on prior to the interview process. We spoke to a source within the program who informed us that prior to the orientation and interview process the employees of the program actually go through the list of potential employees and mark those who they are familiar with, whether it be related or just friendly with. Pre-selecting relatives or friends of those who are already in employed in the office is not only illegal  but it is  morally wrong as well. This pre-selection process gave up to 5

                 Essex County investigators are searching for a suspect in the murder of a 17-yr-old East Orange teen. Aquilla Flood was found unconscious in a pool of blood in her bed around 7:30 Wednesday morning by a family member. The family member alerted authorities immediately. Flood's family says she's been receiving threatening messages from an ex-boyfriend. The family believes someone came in to their Grove St home in the middle of the night. Authorities have not yet confirmed any signs of forced entry or anything suspicious.                   Flood spent her last hours out shopping with her mom and grandmother for shoes and other last minute items for her prom before she went off to bed Tuesday night. The teen was set to attend her high school prom where she'd been nominated as prom queen just next week. The city of Newark has one of the highest unemployment rates in the State of New Jersey. So when we heard of the job fair held by Newark Youth One-Stop program we were impressed. To those who've been out of work for some time this job fair was a sign of Hope. The employees for the N.Y.O.S.P conducted a series of workshops and orientation like classes. This orientation gave candidates an opportunity to improve their conflict resolution skills, mission statement skills and basic communication skills.  Candidates participated in this four hour  process to prepare them for the interview process that would take place in later weeks. Candidates were informed that, although there were a little over one thousand candidates attending the workshop there was only room to fill twenty five open positions.  Candidates were informed that interviews would be performed on a later date. I'm completely shocked at tonights episode. I was aware of a ratchet fighting scene but for some reason I'm still shocked. Not shocked that they fought but shocked that they fought if u know what I mean. Here we have two woman who's husbands hold high position in thier communities and these woman may have stripped their mates of all their prestige in a matter of seconds.

So back in March,i had a birthday . I normally go away, but since I was home I decided to throw my self a party. I had everything I needed venue,drinks guest and etc .There was one thing missing, an outfit! Tonight was the premiere of Vh1's new show ,"Gossip Game", another one of Mona Scott's creations. For a first episode it was kind of boring . Not to mention the fact they were missing our girl Chaos. But on a serious note, the show wasn't really all that; but then again it was just the first episode. If it wasn't for my fave ,Angela Yee I probably would've turned. So Friday the world was introduce to Tyler Perry's "TEMPTATION". I can say as a Tyler Perry fan I didn't expect him to pull a movie like this off. "Temptation" is the movie version of Perry's play "The Marriage Counselor". Going in with never viewing the play I have to admit I was rather satisfied and am now in search of the play. Tyler out did himself with this one. He tackled a subject most can relate to , "Infidelity". There's a saying I sometimes throw at cheaters or even the cheatee which is "never lose a sure for a maybe" . This saying can mean so much yet many won't understand it until their in that situation.       Today is 2/28 the last day of black history month for the year 2013. #DidYouKnow Black history Month was literally just 1 week ?       There once was a week in February dedicated to Negroes known as "Negro History week". This was a short period to reflect on what you've learned over the past year. A man by the name of Carter G Woodson is the reason we have Black History Month.
