Forgotten Girl

She's very attractive  Very interactive Her smile can brighten the darkest of  days  It's like she holds the cure for any sadness between her legs Her kisses are as sweet as honey  Her love is pure yet just as tricky as money  She wants to be loved so bad  She accepts it in anyway  Not realizing the more of herself  She gives  The more pieces of her soul is drifting away   They entertain her temporarily  Using her body for their sexual pleasures She's thinking with her heart  Believing it's really her soul that they treasure  Not realizing the faster  It's given the sooner it's forgotten  She could never be  No more than a temporary fix  No matter how good she expresses her love  Gives her all  She'll forever  be lost in the mix  Looking for love  Hoppin from dick to dick   She's the forgotten girl  The one that no one will  ever truly MISS

Forever Doesn't Last

I was listening to Pandora when a song with the title " Forever Doesn't Last" by Jazmine Sullivan came on.That  got me to thinking . Can forever really last in our generation?  We live in a generation where you have 100 likes and unlimited number of comments that have an affect on your relationships. Relationships don't have the same units for a foundations in this day and age.  These days, relationships are based on sex, material things, financial status and the overall the approval of others .  What ever happened to a relationship being based upon one thing , LOVE? Some may argue with the introduction of social media Real Love got lost in the likes.  It is no longer  a "buy me flowers to show you truly care" society.   It has  become a "take me on this date because twitter says anything less than a $200 is not right"  or "buy me this item so I can post it on IG ".  Where have we lost ourselves?  Dates are no longer intimate outing...
